In situations where you are employed, then you know the obvious benefit where you need to be able to make some money. Even so, there are employers who also include certain terms that are not going to be of benefit on the case of the employee with the like of zero hour contracts where the burdens of the market are being put on the should of the employee without any financial assurance. This is one reason why there are certain organizations and political parties that do not allow anymore this kind of abuse.

In the present times, the line between the professional and the personal life of an employee has become quite hard to distinguish. For the benefit of the French citizens, a new right, the right to disconnect, has been established by the French government because of the blurred lines. As of January 1, France proclaimed that their working citizens are no longer required to check their work emails outside of their regular working hours. Despite the fact that technology is helpful in making the lives of people easier, it is also one of the major causes of work stress in the lives of the people as well. In fact, a lot of companies are now finding ways to separate the personal and professional lives of their employees. This is mainly being caused by the use of phones.
